Service Description

Koyomi Grid provides premium 2025 wall calendars for homes and offices in Japan, including custom branded calendars, bulk ordering services, and design consultation. Our services include product sales, customization, and business-to-business solutions.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, but we reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.

Account Registration and Security

While account registration is not required for basic browsing, certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information updated. You are responsible for immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Japanese Yen unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.

Custom Design Services

For custom calendar designs, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use any materials, logos, or content you provide for the purpose of creating your custom products. You represent that you have the right to use all provided materials.

Custom orders may require additional time for production and are subject to our design approval process. Changes to approved designs may incur additional fees.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily within Japan and to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and order size. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom products are generally not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Koyomi Grid or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against us.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Koyomi Grid.

No waiver of any term or condition will be deemed a continuing waiver, and our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
